Upon completion of your in-person presentation at our Draper, Utah location, you will receive a promotional cruise certificate for two adults. This certificate provides access to an exclusive 3, 4, or 5-night cruise vacation.

3, 4, or 5-Night Cruise for Two Adults
Multiple departure ports: Charleston, Ft. Lauderdale, Galveston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, Port Canaveral, or Tampa
Destinations: Bahamas, Mexico, or Western Caribbean
Lower deck outside stateroom accommodations
Participating cruise lines: Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean International
Onboard meals, snacks, entertainment, and activities included

While this is a complimentary gift for attending our presentation, activation and travel require payment of mandatory deposits, taxes, and fees.

Required Costs

Reservation “Save the Date” Deposit

Amount: $150 (refundable under certain conditions)
Due after selecting your travel itinerary
Can be refunded prior to confirmation of travel if you follow proper cancellation procedures

Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees

3-Night Cruise: Approximately $145 per person
4-Night Cruise: Approximately $151 per person
5-Night Cruise: Approximately $157 per person
These fees are subject to change without notice
Due at time of booking

Ground transportation to/from airports, hotels, and cruise ports
Optional travel upgrades or enhancements
Meals not included in cruise package

How to Redeem Your Certificate

Step 1: Attend Your Presentation

Complete your scheduled 90-120 minute in-person presentation at Great Resorts Vacations (405 East 12450 S Suite L, Draper, Utah) to receive your certificate.

Step 2: Register Online

Visit gocrv.com to register your certificate
Must register within 6 months from issue date
Provide complete contact information and valid email address
Email validation required during registration
You’ll receive immediate email confirmation

Step 3: Pay Save the Date Deposit

Pay the $150 refundable deposit to activate your account
Once posted, your account moves to “activated” status

Step 4: Book Your Travel

Within 14 days of activation, you’ll receive invitation to contact the Reservation Department
Reservations require 45 days advance notice
During booking, all applicable fees will be collected
Your contact information will be verified
You’ll receive confirmation within 72 hours

Important Restrictions & Requirements

Certificate Validity

Certificate must be registered within 6 months of issue date
Certificate expires 1 year from registration date
Travel must be completed before expiration date
Only one registration per certificate number
Non-transferable and has no cash value

Travel Restrictions

Peak season sailings NOT available: June through August and all major holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Reservations require 45 days advance notice
At least one adult must be age 25 or older
Both travelers listed on certificate must travel together

Booking Requirements

Reservations must be made through Customer Service Network Group (CSNG)
You must respond promptly to booking invitations for best availability
Cruise line, sailing dates, and stateroom assignments at discretion of CSNG
Alternative arrangements will be offered if first choice unavailable

Documentation

Proper travel documentation is your responsibility (visit travel.state.gov)
Valid photo identification required at check-in
Valid credit card required at check-in
Do not depart until you receive reservation confirmation

Cancellation Policies

Certificate Cancellation (Before Travel Confirmation)

You may cancel this certificate without penalty or obligation:

Within 30 days of receipt OR
Before confirmation of travel reservations

All deposits paid will be refunded when proper cancellation is processed prior to travel confirmation.

After Confirmation of Travel

Cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations subject to forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits
Changes to confirmed reservations may incur additional charges
Cancelled confirmed reservations become ineligible for future use

Failure to Comply

If you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or fail to respond to correspondence before certificate expiration, you will forfeit all deposits paid.

Eligibility Requirements

To receive and redeem this certificate, you must:

Attend and complete the full in-person presentation at our Draper location
Meet all qualification requirements (35+ years old, couples only, $70,000+ household income, 650+ credit score)
Register the certificate within 6 months of issue
Comply with all terms and conditions

This certificate is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for distributors, employees, or family members of distributors and employees.

Consumer Protection Notice

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER.

You may also cancel if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract.

To cancel this agreement, mail a signed and dated cancellation statement postmarked no later than midnight 30 days from the date issued to the address above.

NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATION OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.

Responsibilities & Limitations

Liability

Neither Customer Service Network Group (CSNG), Great Resorts Vacations, Desert Oasis Club, nor the distributor of this offer assumes any liability or responsibility for:

Damage, expense, or inconvenience
Loss, injury, death, or damage to any persons or property
Delays and/or cancellations regardless of cause
Denial of check-in for any reason whatsoever

Representations

CSNG assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.

Independent Entities

CSNG, Great Resorts Vacations, and Desert Oasis Club are independently owned and operated. Neither party is responsible for the obligations or representations of the other.

Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. California law requires certain Sellers of Travel to have a trust account or bond.
